Associate, RMI Carbon Initiative

Raymond is an Associate at RMI’s Carbon Markets Initiative, where he helped launch the initiative and now leads research and engagements around MRV for nature-based solutions. His work focuses on the role of cutting-edge technologies in scaling up high-quality carbon credits in the voluntary carbon market.

Graduating from Harvard College, Raymond dedicated the past seven years to tracking the UN climate negotiations and focusing on issues of Article 6 and Transparency. Through his work with C2ES, Potsdam Institute, Harvard Project on Climate Agreements, and China Dialogue, he analyzed and supported market-based climate policies in various jurisdictions across the globe.
